Each kit comes in a hand-illustrated box with easy-to-follow intructions and a link to a step-by-step bake-along tutorial with Freya herself.

1x Cookie Mix, 1x Chocolate Chips, 1x Cocoa mix, 1x Flakey Sea Salt.

Ingredients & Allergens

Plain flour (Wheat flour, Calcium carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine), Wheat Gluten, Light brown sugar (Cane Molasses), Dark chocolate chips (Sugar 58.5%, Cocoa Mass 33%, Cocoa Butter 8.0%, Emulsifier: lecithins (Soya) <1%, Natural Vanilla Flavourings <1%), Sugar (or sucrose), Corn flour (Maize Starch), Cocoa powder (Cocoa, Acidity regulator:Potassium Carbonate E501), Baking Powder (Raising Agents - Sodium Acid pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, Wheat flour (with calcuim, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Flaked sea salt (100% salt), Bicarbonate of soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt (Anti caking agent E535)

Instructions

1.     Preheat oven to 180c fan, line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2.     Put your melted butter, milk and sachet 1 into a mixing bowl, mix until it forms a dough. Add in sachet 2 and mix so you have a chocolate chip cookie dough.

 3.     Divide your dough in half and put into two separate bowls. Add sachet 3 to one of the balls of dough and mix until fully combined. You will now have one plain cookie dough and one chocolate cookie dough.

4.     Divide both the balls of dough into 8 small pieces. Take one piece of plain dough and one piece of chocolate dough, rolling them together into a ball.

 5.     Place the cookie dough balls onto your baking tray, leaving gaps in between each cookie. Place in the oven and bake for 15-18mins. The edges will look lightly golden

6.     Once out of the oven, top with sachet 4, the flaky salt and leave to cool on the trays. Enjoy!
