Plain flour (Wheat flour, Calcium carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine), Wheat Gluten, Light brown sugar (Cane Molasses), Dried dates (95% Dates, 5% Rice flour), Dark muscovado sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses), Baking powder (Raising Agents - Sodium Acid pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, Wheat flour (with calcuim, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Bicarbonate of soda (Sodium Bicarbonate), Salt (Anti caking agent E535)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 160c fan, rub a small amount of butter around your baking dish to grease it.
2. Add sachet 1 to a mixing bowl. Pour over 200ml freshly boiled water and use a fork to crush the dates in the water until they are mushy.
3. Add 75g of the butter, 100ml of the milk, the lemon juice and sachet 2 to the mixing bowl with the dates, and mix until combined and there are no big lumps.
4. Pour the batter into your baking dish and place into the oven for 30mins. Once baked remove from the oven then make the sauce.
5. For the sauce, put the remaining 65g of butter, 1 tablespoon of milk and sachet 3 into a microwave safe jug. Place into the microwave for 30 seconds, mix, then place back in for another 30 seconds and mix again until you have a smooth sauce.
6. Use a fork to stab holes across the surface of the sticky toffee pudding, then pour over your toffee sauce. Serve straight away.
